CLAIM FOR £20,000
ALLEGED BREACH OF CONTRACT. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 9.25 p.m.) Sydney, March 22. Messrs Dare and Purcell, solicitors, have issued a writ on behalf of Shadlers Ltd. claiming from the Government of New South Wales £20,000 damages in respect of alleged breach of contract. The writ arises out of a contract made in July of last year between Mr Lang and Shadlers in reference to the manufacture and supply of bread for and on behalf of the Government.
