SEQUEL TO BOMB PLOT

ALLEGED ANARCHIST HELD. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright., (Rec. 7.0 p.m.) Chicago, March 8. Federal agents to-day arrested ail alleged anarchist, reputedly the bitterest of the anti-Mussolini group, in connection with the bomb plot last December. They confiscated numerous arms and explosives. It is understood the accused is held on 100,000 dollars bail. A message from New York on December 30 last stated: News from Easton (Pennsylvania) states that an apparent elaborate anti-Fascist plot to kill prominent Italian financiers, editors and diplomats throughout the eastern United States was exposed with murderous results when one of a number of packages mailed in the local post office exploded, killing two, injuring two and wrecking the interior of the building. Later a powder expert of the Dupont Company, who was examining another of the packages for detectives, was fatally injured when that also exploded. Bomb squads immediately rushed to protect those threatened. Postal officials are carefully examining mails in order to prevent further trouble.
