DECREASE CONTINUES
UNEMPLOYED REGISTRATIONS.

Wellington, December 17.
The unemployment registrations for the Dominion for the week ending December 14 totalled 46,191 as against 47,096 a week earlier, a decline of 905. The decrease for the previous week was 439. The latest total includes 30,333 men with dependents and 15,858 without dependents, and the number of men in part time relief work was 36,836, leaving 9,355 men registered, but unplaced. This is less by 4295 than last week’s figure.
