TRANSPORT LAWS
LICENSING DISTRICTS DEFINED.

Wellington, December 17.
A Gazette notice to-night defines the various transport districts throughout the Dominion as constituted under the Transport Licensing Act 1931. The regulations divide the North and South Island into nine transport districts, six in the North Island and three in the South Island. New regulations relating to passenger services under the above mentioned Act arc also gazetted.
