The provinces of Bihar and Orissa, where the first Indian anarchist bomb outrage occurred in 1919, witnessed a revival of terrorist activity last night when a bomb was thrown into the garden of the residence of Mr A. R. Toplis, District Magistrate at Shagalpur, near Patua, at midnight. No one was injured. The police found fragments of the bomb and other live bombs near a tree.
