INDIAN TERRORISTS
ANOTHER BOMB OUTRAGE. DISTRICT MAGISTRATE’S HOME. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) Delhi, December 15. The provinces of Bihar and Orissa, where the first Indian anarchist bomb outrage occurred in 1919, witnessed a revival of terrorist activity last night when a bomb was thrown into the garden of the residence of Mr A. R. Toplis, District Magistrate at Shagalpur, near Patua, at midnight. No one was injured. The police found fragments of the bomb and other live bombs near a tree.
Prominent Congress leaders in the United Provinces announce their intention to defy the new ordinance.
