To the Editor. Sir, —I have been accused of asking unintelligent questions at the Hon. Mr Adam Hamilton’s meeting at Tuatapere on Monday night. I beg to submit my questions to you, and ask you whether they are intelligible, and in order: (a) While safeguarding our present institutions, what proposals would the candidate, if elected, bring forward to assist the farmers: “Unanswered” (b) What in the opinion of the candidate was the biggest hindrance to good legislation?
