I beg to submit my questions to you, and ask you whether they are intelligible, and in order: (a) While safeguarding our present institutions, what proposals would the candidate, if elected, bring forward to assist the farmers: “Unanswered” (b) What in the opinion of the candidate was the biggest hindrance to good legislation?
