CONTRACT FOR WHALER
DUNEDIN PROMOTER. DELIVERY IN SEPTEMBER. - (Per United Press Association.) Dunedin, December 10. A contract for the building of a mother ship and whale chasers for a Dunedin promoter has been let to a British firm for delivery in September next. The mother ship will be of 18,300 tons, being slightly larger than the Sir James Clark Ross.
