MINISTERS TAKING NO NOTICE. (United Press Ausu.—By Telegraph—Copyrigtit.) (Rec. 11.30 p.m.) London, December 9. The political correspondent of the Daily Telegraph states that Labour regards Sir Oswald Mosley’s manifesto as a damp squab. Ministers intend to ignore it, as the proposals are impracticable and not even worth while summoning a meeting to discuss, but there is. no.idea of expelling Sir Oswald Mosley from the party.
