GERMAN WARSHIP
SALVAGED AT SCAPA PLOW. (United Press Assn.—By Telegraph—Copyright.) (Rec. 7.40 p.m.) London, December 9. Salvagers have raised the German battlecruiser Von der Tann, which has lain keel uppermost at Scapa Elow since 1919. Eour German battle cruisers, one battleship, one light cruiser and 25 destroyers have been raised since 1924. Next year the battleship Prinz Luitpold will be lifted.
