BEQUESTS UNDER WILL
THE LATE SIR CHARLES SKERRETT

Wellington, October 20.
The late Sir Charles Skerrett’s will sets aside a portion of his estate for investment, the interest to be applied by the trustees to educational charities. The trustees have made the first halfyearly allocation as follows: £25 each to St. Bede’s College (Christchurch), Upper Hutt Convent, Seatoun Boys’ Preparatory College and Hastings Convent; £lO each to the Palmerston North Convent and the Hill Street Convent (Wellington); £2O each to the Jubilee Institute for the Blind (Auckland), the Wellington Free Kindergarten Association and the Salvation Army Headquarters (Wellington).
