1,336,400 OUT OF WORK. (Rec. 5.5 p.m.) Rugby, October 9. The number of unemployed in Great Britain on October 1 shows a further considerable increase of 41,166 compared with the week before. Compared with a year ago the increase is 260.525. The total unemployed is 1,336,400. —British Official Wireless.
