DEFINITION OF POWERS ATTORNEY-GENERAL’S VISIT TO LONDON RESULT KEPT SECRET (By Telegraph—Pres; Assn. —Copyright.) (Rec. 8.40 p.m.) Sydney, October 28. When the Assembly met to-day Mr Bavin asked as a matter of urgency if he could be allowed to move a motion of censure on the Government regarding the latter’s action in withholding the result of the Attorney-General’s recent visit to London when he went to secure an instruction for the Governor that the latter must accept the advice of his Ministers in all matters. A motion to treat the matter as one of urgency was defeated by 42 votes to 38. A. & NX
