When the Assembly met to-day Mr Bavin asked as a matter of urgency if he could be allowed to move a motion of censure on the Government regarding the latter’s action in withholding the result of the Attorney-General’s recent visit to London when he went to secure an instruction for the Governor that the latter must accept the advice of his Ministers in all matters.
