UNUSUAL CHARGE
WORK ON SUNDAY. SCENE SHIFTERS BEFORE COURT. (Per United Press Association.) Christchurch, June 15. For having assisted in shifting scenery for a pantomine, Isaac Terence Netting and Herbert Shearman were charged at the Magistrate’s Court with having worked at their trade or calling on Sunday, May 26, and were convicted and ordered to pay costs.
