YOUNG AUSTRALIANS
VISIT TO BRITAIN AND CONTINENT. ENTERTAINMENT ARRANGEMENTS (By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright). LONDON, January 23. (Received January 25, 5.5 p.m.) On the arrival of members of the Young Australian League at Southampton on January 31, they will be given a reception and luncheon by the Mayor and citizens. They reach London the same day and will be escorted by 12,000 cadets of the London division to the Cenotaph on which they will place a wreath in the presence of Mr L. C. M. Amery and Sir L. WorthingtonEvans.
Arrangements for visits to France and Italy have been practically completed. The French Government has undertaken to provide accommodation during the tour. The boys will be received by President Doumergue and be entertained by the Earl of Crewe (British Ambassador) and Marshal Foch at Paris.
During their visit to the Riviera, the Duke of Connaught entertains the boys at tea at his villa at Nice, where Mdlle Lenglen has agreed to play exhibition tennis. The Junta Government has resigned and a new Junta has been formed.
