S.O.S. CALLS

SIGNALS FROM CLAN McWILLIAM. NO TRACE TO BE FOUND. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) RANGOON, June 21. (Received June 22, 7.10 p.m.). The steamer Leicestershire reports that she received an S.O.S. call from the steamer Clan McWilliam, stating that she is sinking 30 miles east of Table Island, 170 miles from the Andamans.

The Leicestershire steamed to the position indicated, but saw no sign of the Clan McWilliam or her boats, but is continuing the search.
