OBITUARY
SIR HENRY KELLETT. (By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright.) (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association.) MELBOURNE, June 21. Sir Henry Kellett was killed yesterday in a motor accident. (Sir Henry De Castres Kellett was the third baronet. He was a member of the Kew Borough Council, the Metropolitan Fire Brigades’ Board, and the Tramways Trust. He was 73 years of age. His successor to the title is his eldest son.) SIR DIGHTON PROBYN. LONDON, June 20. Sir Dighton Probyn is dead. (The Right Hon. General Sir Dighton Probyn, V.C., G.C.8., G.C.5.1., was for long a trusted and honoured member of the Household of King Edward VII., both before and after that monarch came to the throne. He afterwards occupied a similar position in Queen Alexandra’s Household. As a soldier he served through the Indian Mutiny, and in various frontier campaigns. He was 90 years of age. SENATOR BARKER, OF VICTORIA. MELBOURNE, June 22. (Received June 22, 8.30 p.m.) Senator Barker, one of Victoria’s Labour representatives in the Senate, died yesterday.
