COMBINED CONTESTS AGREED TO. (Per United Press Association.) PALMERSTON NORTH, February 14. At the annual meeting of the North Island Brass Bands Association, the chairman said the scheme of amalgamation of the North and South Associations was under review, which he hoped would be successful.
