OCCUPATION OF UPPER TRENTINO (By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright.) (Australian and NJ. Cable .Association). ROME, October 6. The Eascisti have occupied all the municipal buildings in the Upper Trentino from Salome to Bolzano. Mussolini, the leader of the Fascisti, declares that there are two sets of authorities in Italy, namely the Government and the Fascisti, the latter numbering hundreds of thousands. If the Government has not dissolved Parliament by November the Fascisti will dissolve it.
