LOCO. MEN'S DISSATISFACTION. SERIOUS ACTION NOT EXPECTED. (Special to the Times.) WELLINGTON, September 23. Mr Massey told the House to-day that he did not think any serious action was contemplated by the locomotive branch of the railway service. It was (rue that the loco men had not accepted- the agreement recently drafted, and were not satisfied but he believed the majority of the men were sensible enough to avoid further industrial trouble.
