FALL INTO THE SEA. FOUR OFFICERS DROWNED. LONDON, April 29. (Reuter’s Telegrams.) (Received April 30, 11.15 p.m.) A seaplane cr.ashed in the sea at Felixstowe. Two officers were rescued injured, but the engineer and two British officers and a Portuguese officer were drowned.
