ACTION IN TSING-TAO. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn. —Copyright) TOKIO, March 2J. Tlie .lapanese action In Shantung and Tsing-lan has aroused much criticism among foreign communities in China. British traders remember that Korea was once open, but is now barred by Japanese traffic. The Japanese are similarly favoured in Manchiona. The harbour mouth of Shantung is blocked by three vessels sunk by the Germans. Until tho main harbour Is available the Japanese have agreed to four British ships entering monthly. Many of the Japanese •warming into Tsing-tao are the worst Of undesirables and looting is being freely indulged in.
