AGED EMPEROR’S LETTER. "THIS FRESH AND PAINFUL -TRIAL." WILL FOLLOW THE RIGHT WAT. (Times and Sydney Sun Services.) VIENNA, July 6. The Emperor of Austria, in a letter to his people reminds them that they have shared his sorrows and joys for sixtyfive years, and that he puts his trust in their deep love for him. He declares that the fanaticism of a frmall band of misguided men cannot shako his house. He says: “This fresh and painful trial, which God’s unfathomable decree lias imposed upon me and mine will strengthen me in ray resolve to follow the way I know to h© right,”
