The remarkable instinct of crabs for locality lias boon demonstrated in the case of a male and female crab which were caught in a trap on the Yorkshire coast. The two were marked and liberated at different places on the coast. They subsequently found each other and returned to Yorkshire, where they were caught together again in the same trap.
