NEW YORK, April 5.
A rich Texas planter.named Dudio Arnold is charged with violating the White Slave Act by marrying 16 women in 15 years. He was never legally divorced, and eight wives appeared in court to give evidence against him. Arnold’s lovemaking was said to be irresistibly tempestuous.
