BIG GERMAN GUNS TO PIERCE BRITISH ARMOUR. (By Telegraph—Press Association —Copyright). BERLIN, Nov. 21. Received Nov. 21. 11 p.m. The Hamburgher Nachrichten states that the new German Dreadnoughts will be armed with 13.. inch guns, constructed mainly to pierce the new British armour plate. Krupps have been ordered to produce the guns with the greatest speed. ■
