a OBBMAW VIEW. (By Telceraph—Preß» Association—Copyright) BERLIN, Nov. 17. Tiie Matin’s Berlin correspondent had an interview with General Kleim, exPresident of the German League. He .said that in 1911 France would possess -100 aeroplanes, and Germany would require to hasten to overtake her. Laws were required forbidding aeroplanes to alight, across the frontier. He mysteriously remarked apropos of English compulsory military instruction that it would, above all, assist France in the struggle which might take place elsewhere than in Persia. a ramroH scheme, PARIS, Nov. 17. The Government is establishing an aeroplane depot at Biskra, in Algeria, to effect communication with the Soudan. A MISSING BALLOON SIGHTED. BERLIN, Nov. 17. The missing balloon carrying two officers. was seen over the North Sea, travelling north.-westerly.
