ADMIRALTY’S PROGRAMME. REPORTED ACCEPTANCE. By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. LONDON, Feb. 12. Received Feb. 12. at 11.10 p.m The Daily Mail reports that the Admiralty’s programme of five improved Dreadnoughts or a sixth, according to the progress of German construction, has been accepted. It involves an increase of between three and four millions. The paper also states that there will be no naval loan.
