It was expected in the second half that there would be a decrease of £400,060 in receipts and an estimated increase in expenditure of £41;8,000, whereas tho first six months shows an increase of expenditure of £464,000, ilncluding £130,000 under tho new naval agreement, and of £90,000 for cost of tho elections and the sugar bounties.
