The Southland County Council yesterday accepted tenders for the following works : Mataura to Otaraia and Wyndham Roads, formation and gravelling. —John Scully. Gore District Roads, gravelling. ffm, Eunson. Biversdale District Roads, gravelling.—Thos. Dooley. Eden dale to Mataura Island Road, gravelling. —Dennis O’Keefe Woodlands to One Tree Point Road, gravelling—J. B. Walsh. Winton District Roads, Eunson. Balfour to Glenure and Ardlussa, gravelling Wm. Keown. Neil’s to termination Seaward Bush Railway, trimming and gravelling. —W. H. Thomas and Son. Wyndham District Road, gravelling.—H. W. Parker. Fortrose District Roads, gravelling. —John Carney, Otara Road, formation. —John Carney. Coal Pit Road, Pukerau, trimming and gravelling.—John Burke. Waikaka Siding to Waikaka, supply and delivery of gravel —Thos. Hughes.
