SPORTING.
(By Telegraph.) DUNEDIN. January 15. The annual meeting of the Dunedin Jockey club was held this evening. The Hon. G. McLean was re-elected president, and Mr J. Stephenson vice-pres-ident. One of the retiring members of the committee did not seek reelection, and another was defeated, two new men gaining seats. A motion was carried unanimously, instructing the committee to admit the press to inquiries consequent upon protests.
