THE JOHNSTOWN DISASTER.
(Per Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Special to Press Association.) p.m., June lltji.) New York, June 10. The inquiry into the bursting of the reservoir at Johnstown was concluded today. A verdict was returned that tinaccident was caused by the criminal neglect of the owners. The lives of the latter are seriously menaced by the raub. All danger of a pestilence breaking out has been averted. The amount subscribed in aid of the sufferers is found to be inadequate for their pressing wants.
