Her Majesty the Queen will bo a large exhibitor at the great Agricultural Show to be held at Windsor in June next, A POLITICAL CHALLENGE, The Right Hon. J. Chamberlain advises that a joint canvass be made of the city of Birmingham to determine the strength of Tories and Unionists. THE KAISER IN ENGLAND. It is expected that the Emperor William|will visit Osborne in July, in order to be present at the Naval Review to be held at Spilhead on the 28th July in connection with tho naval summer manoeuvres. He will not visit London on this occasion. EDUCATION IN ENGLAND. In the course af a speech at Birmingham tho Right Hon. J. Chamberlain advocated free education. THE NATIONAL DEBT. It is reported in tho city that Mr, Goschen will issue short dated Exchequer bonds, bearing tho same interest as consols, to provide for the conversion of the remainder of tho National Debt. THE YANDELEUR ESTATE. Tho tenants who were recently restored to their holdings on tho estate of Captain Yandeleur, Ireland, have decided to pay their rents. GENERAL BOULANGER IN ENGLAND. General Boulanger arrived at Dover to-day, where he was received with all honors customarily bestowed on visiting royalty, BOUND FOR SAMOA. Gibraltar, April 24. Tho German war vessel Alexandrine has arrived here, and sails to-day for Samoa,
