RIFLE MATCH

The S.C. Rifle Club fired a return match yesterday with the Duvaucbelles Bay Club, at the Otipua ranges. The regulation targets and scoring were employed. The weather was mild, but the light rather changeable, and unfavorable for shooting. The ranges were 200, 300 and 400 yards. Mr T. G. Eowley was appointed captain, and the party left town at one o’clock in the afternoon, returning a little after five.
