Teheran, Jnne 21 The Times' correspondent states that a Kabul -journal has published a pronouncement by the ex-Amoer, who declared that only Britain was opposed to the Islamic Khaliphate "but Ido not think she will decide for a policy which would prejudice the friendly relations she desires to maintain with Afghanistan. The proud Afghans would not tolerate a Kaliphate under foreign p/Qtection. If British statesmen will not maintain friendehip we are ready to face any danger."
