United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Recieved Jane 22, noon London, Jane 21 Advices from Malta state that a second battalion of the Essex Regiment is embarking immediately for Constantinople. All available destroyers are also sailing eastward wtih the cruiser Blenheim. All the ships of the Fourth and First Battle Squadrons are already in the Eastern Mediterranean. Apparently the entire Mediterranean fleet is concentrating near the Middle East. Constantinople, June 21 The Ismid front is quiet. It is reported that the Nationalists have withdrawn eastward A report from Azerbaijan states that the Russian Reaa defeated the Tartars and 3000 were killed.
