GERMAN DISARMAMENT.
NOT FAST ENOUGH. United Press Association -By EIBC trie Telegraph—Copyright Received Juno 22, r.oon London, June 20 A Hythe Conference communique states that the French Government accept the suggestion of the British Government that the rate at which the German Government is carrying into execution *the clauses of the Treaty of Versailles which relate to disarmaments, is profoundly unsatisfactory. The two Governments have, therefore, agreed to recommend to the inter-Allied Conference at Boulogne that their military advisers be instructed to concert at once propooals for acceleration of the execution of the clauses of the Treat3' dealing v,ith German armaments, bath men and material.
