United Press Association-By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. ■Washington, March 14 The Senate agreed to-day to close the long debate on the Treaty. A vote will be taken on Monday on the pending reservations, and it is unanimously agreed that by midnight on the controversy will be over. Article Ten will be disposed of. The other reservations will then be taken up; and a final vote on the question of ratification may be expected in the latter part of the week.
