The Observer, in an inspired article, says : Mr Asquith insists that Mr Lloyd George must resign the Prelmership as a condition of his re-entry to the Liberal fold. Mr Lloyd George regards Liberalism as broken to pieces by Mr Asquith’s attitude towards the Coalition Liberals. Therefore Mr Lloyd George is addressing the Coalition Liberals on Thursday and will issue a manifesto appealing for the creation t>f a new party composed of Moderate Labour.
