AUSTRALIA'S AERIAL DEFENCE.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Received March 8, noon. Melbourne, March 8 The Air Board has submitted a complete scheme of aerial defence to the Council of Defence, It; provides for the formation by 1926 of 1624 squadrons of aeroplanes and flying boats. The expenditure for the first year will be millions and the annual cost one million. The force will be mainly composed of a citizen force and soldiers.
