United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Washington, Feb 13 A despatch from Tokio denies reports that Japanese troops have been compelled to evacuate northern Korea. The despatch states that only weak outlying posts have been taken by insurgent Koreans,* the Japanese maintaining firm control over important positions, especially along the Mukden railway.
