GOVERNMENT CONTROL CONDEMNED.
United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright London, Feb 10 a national conference of manufacturers and producers at London urged that Government control be removed from all industries. It passed a resolution asking the Government: — 1. To cease borrowing forthwith. 2. Urging the reduction of taxation and thus diminish the tendency to invest abroad 3. Protesting against levy on capital. 4. Urging the Government to assist in increasing the export trade. 5. Suggesting immediate international action to avert economic chaos throughout Europe.
