United Press Association—By Elec trie Telegraph—Copyright. Received Oct. 24, 1.30 p.m. New York, Oct, 22, According to a telegram from Kansas City, William White, whom President Wilson appointed a member of the Prinkipo Conference, in a speech stated that if Congress‘passed* a resolution protesting against the Shantung deal, Australia and New will do the same, and their action will force England to .■join. Thus the moral revolt of the English speaking peoples of the yvorid will force Japan to give up Shantung, and the Oriental countries will break out in war, engulfing-dihe world unless Shantung is given back.
