Bray ley, a returned soldier, the Coroner, Mr Wilson, S.M., found a verdict that the collision between the tram and the motor car was caused b3* Arnold Becky, driver of the motor car, leaving his proper side of the road to pass a tramcjjr which he was following. Later Becky was charged with manslaughter and remanded on bail of £IOO 'and his own surety of £IOO.
