The assailant (Cotton) is known as a dangerous anarenist. He confesses that be alone was responsible. He stated, “I am a French individual anarchist, and consider M. Olemencean an enemy to the working ciass’es and;humamty. He is preparing another war.” Received Feb 21, 9 a.m. Paris, Feb 20 M. Olemenceau’s condition is satisfactory.
