WHOLE FRANCO-BRITISH LINE MOVING.
NEXT 48 HOURS BIG WITH FATE Received August 13, 11 a, in. London, August 12, The Times, editorially, says the critical stage for tne Germans has been reached ou the West Front, because they are utterly unable to throw in fresh divisions to check Allied advance. The whole FrancoBritish line is moving forward with few checks. The enemy, however, has strengthened his ranks as defence in hand for the present. The next 48 hours will disclose whether the enemy is able to hold the line. If hs fails he faces disaster.
