GERMANS STILL ADVANCING.
ENORMOUS CAPTURES MADE
New York, Feb. 20.
A wireless German offical message says: We occupied Leal and Lensal on Riga Gulf, Wo traversed Wenden and Wolmar and between the Dvinsk and the Pinsk are pressing eastward. Linsiugen reports the occupation of important railway and road junctions. Rovno has been cleared of the enemy. Our prisoners include a general, 425 officers and 870. Our booty is 1353 guns, 4500 motor cars and a thousand railway carriages, many laden with food.
