BRITISH AERIAL ACTIVITY.

BOMBING GERMAN TOWNS

London, Feb. 21

■ .Sir Douglas Haig reports: We bombed yesterday an aerodrome northward of Douai, a dump northeastward of hallo, and dropped 50 bombs on billets. One hundred ami fifty bombs were dropped at night on an important railway centre south eastward of Oambrai. We successfully attack on Thionville, and 2<i heavy homhs were dropped oil the railway station, and there was a large explosion and two fires. Despite considerable gunfire all our machines returned. Aeroplanes to-day dropped a ton of explosives on factories and the station at Plrmasens. in Germany. Hits were obtained near the station and on the gasworks and factories, where a large fire was caused. All our machines returned.
