ARGENTINE WHEAT.
PURCHASED BY ALLIES. BIG CREDIT OPENED. Buenos Aires, Feb. 31. Details of the convention concluded between the Argentine and Allied Governments show that the latter purchase the surplus of wheat and other cereals to the extent of 3W million tons, to be exported by the Ist of November next. The minimum price of wheat will be iSjd dollars per hundred kilos. The Argentine opens a credit of 100,000,000 dollars each with the British and . French Governments for the above purpose.
