A WATERLOGGED STEAMER.

London, August 28, A Hamburg-American liner collided with the Spanish steamer Galaico at midnight,’ The bows of the latter were crushed. The vessel filled, and the crew of nineteen took to the boats, being rescued by the liner and landed at Falmouth. The Galaico is a menace to shipping in the Channel. She is drifting, waterlogged.
