A UNION’S LIBEL CASE.

trie Telegraph—Copyright, London, November 36. Mr Johnson, Labour M.P. for Nuneaton, and a member of the Executive of Warwickshire Miners’ Union, has been ordered to refund £948, costs of a libel action paid from the Union funds. The Executive considered the Union should pay as tfie action was in its interests, but the Court held that the Union had no legal interest in the result.
